Sales platform for overseas property, built end to end

An agency selling property abroad, with a catalogue updated by hand and leads spread across inboxes, spreadsheets and phone notes. Nobody could say what was still available, or who had followed up on what.
A Webflow site with a structured multi-country CMS, qualification forms, and Make ↔ Airtable automations behind them: catalogue sync, lead scoring and routing, automatic follow-ups, plus dashboards the sales team actually opens.
The catalogue stays current without a developer, and qualified leads reach the right person automatically. The takeaway: the value of automation is rarely the time it saves — it is the data model it forces you to make explicit.
