A three-sided platform to optimise delivery rounds

Loxam rents construction equipment; delivery and pick-up rounds were planned by hand across branches, carriers and building sites. Three players, three systems, and a lot of phone calls to keep them roughly in sync.
A "delivery rounds" tab built straight into Loxbooking, the branches' existing tool. Loxtrack Drivers, a web app for carriers with Google Maps-optimised routes. LoxTrack, a client app to choose a drop-off point and unlock the key location once delivery is confirmed — tied to the LoxClub+ loyalty programme.
One shared view, fewer calls, and a small rule that changed everyone's behaviour: the client only sees the key location after validating delivery. The takeaway: on a three-sided product, the feature that matters most is rarely the most visible one.
